Rob Gilmore has more than 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate. He has served on the LAEDC’s Executive Committee as a representative of Newhall Land, one of the largest master planned community builders in the United States. At Newhall, he served as Director of the Commercial/Industrial Division where he was responsible for the development of over 25 million square feet of office/industrial/retail space.
Rob built a solid foundation in this industry during his eight years with CB Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis) in Southern California and then added significant experience in the State of Colorado for another eight years serving in both the private sector as Vice President of Development for Sunset Management Services, and as acting president of the Jefferson County Economic Council (a public/private EDC).
Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and a juris doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles.
