Goods movement solutions
The Goods Movement Initiative focuses on improving the critical need to improve trade corridor infrastructure to accommodate the growth of goods movement activities in the region with efficient new highway and rail capacity and transportation technology.
The Goods Movment Initiative aims to responsibly resolve goods movement issues. To modernize our goods movement system, we need a near dock rail yard, a zero-emissions container mover systerm from the dekcs ot the rail yards, inland ports/hubs, a third corridor out from the port, grade separations, and short haul rail service or dedicated truck lanes to inland ports..
